How do I order?
Create an account with just your basic information, name - email - password. You can change your personal details in your profile anytime or add information like gender or phone numbers (but this is not a necessary step). Add your delivery address in your checkout. Once you completed your payment thru our trusted PayFast gateway you will get a confirmation email from Payfast. We will send out emails once your order is dispatched and delivered so you can track your goodies all the way!
I can't add the item to my basket?
If you can't select your item, or the size/style is greyed out then we are out of stock. Send us an email at email@example.com, so we can put your name on our order list and contact you as soon as the item is available again.
What is the delivery time?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days of the order being placed. However, at busy periods such as Christmas and during a sale, the dispatch time can take a little longer. If you are in a hurry for your order, please contact us via the

Can I add to my order after I have sent it?
Unfortunately not. Once you have completed your order, it goes so quickly through the system that it is impossible to add or delete things. Please double-check your order before you click the final Send button.
Can I find all products which are online in-store and vice versa?
We would love to showcase all our designs online. However we have a lot of unique, once off items which are only sold in store. You might also see that some lines are exclusive to the website. These items can only be purchased online. If you are local, pop in and say howzit. If not, come visit:) Kalk Bay is beautiful all year round.
