Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive. Kalk Bay Quarter wants to be known for its happy customers. As such, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us for either a replacement product or a refund. In order for us to accept the return, we have the following requirements:

  1. The product must be returned in the same good condition and in original packaging as when we sold it to you.
  2. The return must happen within 10 days of the original purchase.
  3. Damages to products that take place during delivery will be replaced by Kalk Bay Quarter at no charge. Please inform us within 24 hours from proof of delivery, if your product has been damaged.
  4. The refund will be made according to the original method of payment. We will only refund on the same credit card or to the same bank account that was used to make the original purchase.

Simply contact us to arrange returning the items in an unused and re-saleable condition within 10 working days after receipt. Please note that in these cases we do not reimburse return postage cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you should choose an exchange we will cover the re-delivery. This does not affect your consumer rights.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
